  This facility contains parking for picnicking and access to Fourth Lake for non-motorized car-top boats. Also includes picnic tables, grills (bring charcoal) and bathroom facilities. Ice is for sale. $6/car day-use fee from Memorial Day through Labor Day; free at other times.
